During this time, you’ll have the opportunity to view all of the Sonder works, and participate in a hands-on activity inspired by Megan’s work. Spoken Scrolls: A Sonder Workshop

Details

Join Sonder artist, Megan Altieri, for an evening g of sharing, hearing, and stamping. During this time Altieri will walk through her concept and process before we will explore overheard, experienced, or conversational moments of our own lives. Using acrylic and recycled textiles, we’ll use these moments to create stamped scrolls as a personal reminder of our connections, whether awkward, silly or heartfelt your scroll will tell a noteworthy story!
All materials and cocktail included in registration.

Featuring Mountainfilm on Tour – Saugatuck films for K-12.

The Mountainfilm on Tour: Saugatuck for Students program exposes thousands of students from Allegan, Kent, and Ottawa counties to fascinating subjects, new points of view, inspiring stories to ignite the imagination and broaden perspectives, as well as a dose of adrenaline-packed fun.

Sonder will be exhibited during these visits, and classes can view the exhibit alongside the films. Contact whitney@sc4a.org to register your school for Real to Reel today!
