When is the bar open?

The lobby and cash bar open 1 hour before show time.

When do theatre doors open?

Theatre doors open approximately 1/2 hour before show time. Some seating is provided in the lobby.

When is the lobby open?

The lobby is open during regular hours and is open 1 hour before show time.

Is there handicapped seating availability

Yes

Do you have a hearing loop?

Yes we do.

Is there an intermission?

There is typically an intermission for a performance, but please check each event’s details. Some theatre performances and shorter concerts will not have an intermission. For more details, please contact the box office.

How many seats are in the theatre?

The Bertha Krueger Reid Theatre seats 410 people, not including staff and volunteers.

How many seats are in the Performance Studio?

There are approximately 55 seats for performances in the Performance Studio. This is a flexible space and could seat more or less, depending on the event.

Are food and beverage available for purchase during a show?

Beverages are available through our cash bar. We typically do not offer food for purchase at events.

Where can we eat before the show?

Our box office staff is happy to help you find dining options in town.

Can I bring snacks into the theatre?

Please do not bring snacks and food into the theatre.

Can I bring my drink into the theatre?

Drinks purchased at the SCA bar are allowed in the theatre and studio spaces. Please no outside food or beverage.

Can I take photos or video during a performance?

Both photos and video are PROHIBITED for Mason Street Warehouse performances. Photo and video policies vary for concert performances. Please check with Performance Manager Ellen Engle for more details.

Can I get a photo pass?

Photo passes may be requested for certain performances through Performance Manager Ellen Engle at [email protected]

Do I have to print my tickets for scanning?

You do not have to print your e-ticket to be admitted into the venue. Please have your e-tickets readily available for scanning when entering the theater.

Is my service animal welcome in the building?

Yes – we welcome service animals.
