Jump Into Summer: FRIDAY

5:00 – 10:00 pm | Saugatuck Center for the Arts

This FREE kickoff to summer starts with music and is only amplified with delicious treats, good conversation, opportunities to meet professional artists and MORE!

We’ll be rocking all night long with not one, not two, but THREE incredible bands! Including the innovative and fresh acoustic sounds by Whorled Band, and rock + roll band Stay Outside.

At 7:30 pm, Michigan-native and female-fronted trio, The Accidentals take the stage.

Long before glowing acclaim from NPR and Billboard, packed shows, unforgettable festival appearances, millions of streams, and collaborations with everyone from BTS to Contemporary Youth Orchestra, The Accidentals got their start in a public high school classroom in Traverse City, MI. Fast forward to now, The Accidentals play nationwide tours, countless festivals, host and lead workshops across the country, opened a nonprofit, and now… return to the SCA stage.

Grab a snack, a meal, or a frozen treat from one of our incredible food vendors:

Snacks • Hubbert’s Popcorn
Sweets • Semifreddo Italian Frozen Dessert
Food Truck • The Everyday Chef + Wife
Food Truck • Mezkla Taquería + Frutería

OR stop by one of our neighbors for a bite and then come on back.

Don’t worry about trying to find a parking spot downtown Saugatuck, we’ve got you covered. The Interurban runs for FREE from the Saugatuck Christian Reformed Church on the corner of Old Allegan Road + Blue Star Highway. Every 15 minutes (or so) the bus will circle through, pick up guests and then drop you off right at the Jump Into Summer entrance.

Exhibition Opening: Spaces for Discovery

All weekend we’ll be celebrating the opening of our biggest art installation ever, spanning across Saugatuck, Douglas, Fennville, and Holland. Create Community: Spaces for Discovery officially opens on Friday, June 17 at Jump Into Summer.

In honor of our 20-year anniversary… we’ve broken through boundaries and burst into uncharted creative territory with this massive, interactive installation. Meet one of the masterminds behind the exhibition, Jason Maracani, at Jump into Summer – and then experience it for yourself!

A special thank you to our sponsors who help make all our dreams a reality!
