You bet! Not all schools are offering our Children’s Mountainfilm Festival virtually this year. Be sure to check with your student or educator. The Family Film Box includes an array of exclusive projects, books and other content not available otherwise.

Boxes will be available for pickup from 9am – 4pm between March 15-18 at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts. If you have specific questions regarding the Family Film Box, please contact Whitney at whitney@sc4a.org. If you’d like to arrange a contactless pickup, please contact Hannah Town-Bowen, (269) 857-2399, hannahtb@sc4a.org.

Anyone can participate in the Community Scavenger hunt by downloading this set of instructions or by picking up a hard copy at the SCA or another one of our participating sponsors. In order to be entered in the grand prize drawing, you will need a camera in order to upload .jpg files for submission.

While we aren’t able to screen films in person together this year, we invite you to stop by the Art Center to participate in our community reflection station which will be installed outside under the pavilion, as well as to pick up a hard copy of the Community Scavenger Hunt instructions. The SCA is open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. While you’re here, be sure to visit the gallery to view local artist Lisa Walcott’s latest exhibition, Tight Spots, which runs February 10-April 2.

Unfortunately, due to the circumstances, there are no film festival volunteer opportunities this year. More information on our volunteer program is available by contacting Maribeth at maribeth@sc4a.org

For families with younger children, we recommend our Film for Families Program. The Medley Program is suitable for most audiences and the Adventure Program is suitable for more mature audiences (due to subject matter and some language throughout).
