How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone, or at the box office.

Why are there ticket fees?

Ticket fees cover a portion of the costs we incur from banks, credit card companies, our ticket reservation system and online transaction security provider.

How do I print my tickets?
Can I have my tickets mailed to me?

We are happy to mail your event tickets for an additional $2.95. The mailing option must be selected at check out.

What credit/debit cards do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also take debit cards.

My tickets are at will call. How & when can I pick up my tickets?

Will-call tickets can be picked up beginning one hour before show time.

I forgot to print my tickets; can you scan them from my Smartphone?

With our new scanning system, there is no need to print your tickets. Please have ticket barcodes ready on your mobile device when entering the theatre or performance studio.

Will I pay any fees if I purchase tickets in person at the Box Office?

Ticket fees are charged regardless of the type of payment. All cash, check, and credit card charges for mainstage performances (concerts and Mason Street Warehouse) will incur a fee.

Do you offer a group discount?

Group discounts may be available for Mason Street Warehouse theatre performances. Please inquire within the box office for more information. Group discounts are not available for concerts and other programming.

Do you sell tickets for ADA or wheelchair accessible seats?

Yes! ADA seats are seats A5, A6, A7, A27, A28, A29. Our companion seats are A8, A26, B5, B6, B28, and B29.

Please Note: Accessible seating locations (wheelchair spaces and companion seats) are intended for use by individuals with disabilities and their companions. By purchasing tickets for accessible seating, you represent that you or a member of your party has a disability that requires accessible features provided by the seating locations being purchased.
