No Ticket Refunds or Exchanges

2021 Exception – In the event of patron discomfort over the decision to move MSW performances indoors for the remainder of the season, patrons will have the following options (upon patron request):

Art Pass for the originally-purchased ticket amount (minus fees) up to (60) days post-performance date.

Refund for the originally-purchased ticket amount (minus fees) up to (60) days post-performance date.

Donation to the SCA for the originally-purchased ticket amount (minus fees) up to (60) days post-performance date.

After (60) Days, unclaimed tickets will be considered donations to the SCA. Venue capacity subject to change depending on local and state public health guidelines.

We are happy to mail your event tickets for an additional $2.95. The mailing option must be selected at check out.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also take debit cards.

Will-call tickets can be picked up beginning one hour before show time.

With our new scanning system, there is no need to print your tickets. Please have ticket barcodes ready on your mobile device when entering the theatre or performance studio.

Ticket fees are charged regardless of the type of payment. All cash, check, and credit card charges for mainstage performances (concerts and Mason Street Warehouse) will incur a fee.

Group discounts may be available for Mason Street Warehouse theatre performances. Please inquire within the box office for more information. Group discounts are not available for concerts and other programming.

Yes! ADA seats are seats A5, A6, A7, A27, A28, A29. Our companion seats are A8, A26, B5, B6, B28, and B29.
