We are happy to mail your event tickets for an additional $2.95. The mailing option must be selected at check out.

Will-call tickets can be picked up beginning one hour before show time.

With our new scanning system, there is no need to print your tickets. Please have ticket barcodes ready on your mobile device when entering the theatre or performance studio.

Ticket fees are charged regardless of the type of payment. All cash, check, and credit card charges for mainstage performances (concerts and Mason Street Warehouse) will incur a fee.

Group discounts may be available for Mason Street Warehouse theatre performances. Please inquire within the box office for more information. Group discounts are not available for concerts and other programming.

Yes! ADA seats are seats A5, A6, A7, A27, A28, A29. Our companion seats are A8, A26, B5, B6, B28, and B29.
