SCA Facility Rental


	SCA FACILITY RENTALS 23,000 square feet of distinctive event space in the renovated pie factory in historic downtown Saugatuck, Michigan Saugatuck is an arts community on the picturesque southwestern shore of Lake Michigan.

	THE BERTHA KRUEGER REID THEATRE
	The "mainstage" in the Bertha Krueger Reid Theatre is ideal for musical performances, lectures and presentations, and cinema. Grammy winners/nominees Colin Hay, Michael Feinstein, Marcia Ball, 10,000 Maniacs, and Dave Mason have performed on the mainstage.		Professional sound and lighting equipment make the mainstage a winning venue for “big” acts, but with a capacity of 412 arranged in only 13 rows, it retains the intimacy of a small venue. Designed with a center section and two wings, there is not a bad seat in the house!
		Our new Yamaha C-7 concert grand is available for rentals.

	THE PERFORMANCE STUDIO
		The Performance Studio is acoustically balanced with professional sound and lighting to create an intimate venue ideal for smaller performances and cinema.
	The Performance Studio is also well suited for meetings, presentations, and creative sessions. Flexible furniture and staging allow for a wide variety of settings

	THE BERTHA KRUEGER REID EXHIBITION HALL
		A unique setting for a party, reception, or client event. The Bertha Krueger Reid Exhibition Hall provides an engaging, artful space for celebrating, mixing, and connecting. Exhibits rotate on a two-month cycle.


	THE LOBBY
		When the theatre is in use, this space serves as the lobby and a congregating area. But it also transforms easily into an elegant setting for special events.


	CLASSROOM
	This flexible space is ideal for classes, presentations, meetings, and workshops. With creative décor it can be transformed into a cool party setting.
			Offers wireless capacity.

	OUTDOOR PAVILION & GARDEN
	A f lexible setting for an “al fresco” cocktail party or client event, the multi-use pavilion looks out onto an environmental rain garden which is spectacular spring through fall.		Talk with our staff about holding an event in the pavilion prior to a mainstage performance – an ideal way to thank clients or employees.
