A graduate of The Juilliard School of Music, Louis Nagel has been performing for more than fifty years. He has played and taught at the University of Michigan since 1969, as well as the National Music Camp, the Sydney Conservatorium, St. Petersburg Conservatory, Donghai University in Taichung, Taiwan, The Rubin Academy in Jerusalem, and festivals in Vermont, Poland and Italy. He has performed numerous times in New York, including two recent concerts at Steinway Hall.

Israeli pianist Aviram Reichert – acclaimed for his deeply intelligent interpretations, phenomenal technique, and ravishing tone – won the Bronze Medal at the 10th Van Cliburn International Piano Competition in 1997. In the United States he has appeared with the Spokane and Yakima Orchestras, the Chicago Sinfonietta, the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, Grand Rapids Symphony Orchestra, and the Music in the Mountains Festival Orchestra. 

Reichert will be joined by “star" students from Grand Valley State University’s music program during the final section of his performance.

Prosper, originally from Port-au-Prince, Haiti, received classical piano training at Canada's Royal Conservatory Program followed by study at Indiana University.  A composer and arranger, as well as a performer, Prosper is as at home with the standards of Gershwin or Rogers & Hart as he is with his own compositions.  A true jazz artist, his music is rich and soulful with color and rhythm reflecting his international background and experience.

Mike Allemana is one of the most respected musicians in Chicago. Known as tenor sax legend Von Freeman's guitarist since 1997,he has performed with Chicago’s most renowned jazz artists. His credits include playing for many years with organ great Charles Earland, and legendary tenor saxophonists Ron Dewar and Lin Halliday.
