Ticket Policy

All phone orders require MasterCard or VISA.Telephone orders may be placed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday by calling (269) 857-2399.

Ticket sales are final; no refunds; or exchanges. Everyone entering the event must have a ticket.

Event Policy

All performances are on the mainstage of the Bertha Krueger Reid Theatre or in the Performance Studio unless otherwise noted. Programs are subject to change and substitution. Free parking is available in the SCA’s lot immediately in front of the facility. Doors open approximately 30 minutes before each performance, and all performances begin promptly at the designated time. Latecomers will be seated at the sole discretion of management. Cameras and recording devices of any kind are not permitted.

Persons needing special assistance should notify the SCA ticket office at (269) 857-2399 when reservations are made.

Performances are appropriate for ages as noted. Unless otherwise indicated, the Saugatuck Center for the Arts events are not appropriate for children under the age of 6.
