Policies


TICKET SALES
Please be aware that the SCA does NOT partner with any secondary ticketing company or reseller.  If you see our tickets on sale elsewhere - you might pay for invalid tickets; the SCA will have no record of your transaction; at best, you may pay too much for tickets.  We encourage you to protect yourself by only purchasing directly from the Saugatuck Center for the Arts Box Office, on line at sc4a.org, or by phone at 269-857-2399.

SERVICE FEE
All Ticket purchases will be subject to a per-ticket transaction service fee and facility fee.

MAILING FEE
When requested, tickets may be mailed to you for a $2.95 per order (not per ticket) processing ​fee. Otherwiseall tickets will be held at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts Box Office - Will Call, at no additional charge.

ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Our theater features ground floor accessible seating. Please call the box office if you use a walker, cane, wheelchair, have other accessibility issues, or to inquire about our hearing-assist devices.
 
Parking in Saugatuck during the summer months can be challenging. Our lot has limited parking; please consider getting to the theater early if you need to park close to the building.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
The Saugatuck Center for the Arts and Mason Street Warehouse have a no refund or exchange policy. 

LATE SEATING POLICY
Performances begin promptly. Latecomers will be seated at the House Manager’s discretion, possibly not until intermission.
