Friday, Aug. 14 @ 10 and 11 am: "Super Salads and Tempting Pastas" with Doug Rempel. Try fresh new dressings that jazz up any green salad or fresh pasta dish, and learn to experiment with fresh herbs.

Friday, Aug. 21 @ 10 and 11 am: "The Magic of Rainbarrels" with Dave Smith. Catch the water your potted plants yearn for – rain water – in Dave's wonderful wooden barrels. Dave will offer a special price for his wooden barrels during the demos, and discuss the benefits of rainwater for your plants. Paint and other materials to decorate your barrel will be available so bring the kids and create your own one-of-a-kind barrel!

Friday, Sept. 11 @ 10 and 11 am: "Small Plates, Big Tastes!" with Bill Galligan. Bill dishes us "small plates" that can be a part of a meal or served at parties as healthier, better tasting cocktail fare. The secret is in using super fresh local foods along with tantalizing herbs and spices.
